These balls have an intrinsically low carbon content so they're relatively soft and flexible.
By case hardening, we're able to increase the rigidity of the external surface to produce a product that's both tough and tensile.
You'll find them used in castors and conveyors, and anywhere that requires non-precision bearings, from baggage handling and sliding walls to scales and drawer runners.
